Hackapura is a weekly co-working session for indie hackers in Singapore. It’s part of the hacka.network, which uses a proven, no-nonsense format adopted in multiple countries. It’s not an singular event. It’s a recurring coworking session to get real work done.
## Is Hackapura a hackathon?
Not exactly. It’s a coworking session focused on productivity and shipping.
## Can I pitch my product to investors?
Nope, you cannot pitch your product to investors here. However, you are welcome to demo your product to other builders. This is a great opportunity to receive feedback.
## Is Hackapura a networking event?
No, it's not a networking event. The focus is on working hard alongside like-minded individuals. You're welcome to network and socialize over lunch or drinks of course.
## Why is Hackapura held during the day?
Because daytime is when people are most productive. Socializing is optional and can happen when the work is done. The focus here is on work, so come ready to build!
