A community-run group of indie makers / coders / designers / hardware hackers who build their own independent apps/startups, meeting up every now & then for co-working (and demos) in Singapore. The group is part of the Hacka networkwith a growing community worldwide.
If you code your own projects come and join us to co-work in the CBD area, or join our monthly meetups.
The timings are:
- 10:30am β Intros (self intro + what you're working on)
- 1:30pm β Order lunch and eat together (optional)
- 4:30pm β Demos (share what you made today, or just watch)
- 5:30pm β Drinks somewhere nearby π»π·

- What is Hackapura? - Hackapura is a weekly coworking session. - Itβs part of the hacka.network, which uses a proven, no-nonsense format adopted in multiple countries. - Itβs not an singular event. Itβs a recurring coworking session to get real work done. 
- Is Hackapura a hackathon? - Not exactly. - Itβs a coworking session focused on productivity. - No product pitches, no distractionsβjust work. 
- Can I pitch my product to investors? - Nope, you cannot pitch your product to investors here. - However, you are welcome to demo your product. - This is a great opportunity to receive feedback. 
- Is Hackapura a networking event? - You can network here, but it's not specifically a networking event. - The focus is on working hard alongside like-minded individuals. - After grinding together, you can engage in conversations and networking. 
- Why is Hackapura held during the day? - Because daytime is when people are most productive. - Socializing is optional and can happen after the work is done. - The focus here is on workingβcome ready to build, and you can chat later.
